Basic components of Personality

  1. Perseverance: It means to continue an effort and determination to achieve or do something despite any obstacle, difficulties, failures or opposition and accomplishing what one aims for.
  1. Emotional Stability: It is a desirable trait that helps an individual to resist themselves from difficult situations, handle adversity and remain capable, calm and productive throughout the difficult phase.
  1. Integrity: Integrity refers to the quality of a person being honest and strongly adhering to his/her moral principles and he/she refuses to change themselves no matter what the situation is.
  1. Moral Conformity: This term is derived from the terms ‘moral’ which refers to the principles of behavior being right or wrong and ‘Conformity’ which refers to complying with the set rules and standards. Moral Conformity refers to complying with the set principles which determine a behavior being right or wrong.
  1. Compassion: It is an intangible term that refers to a strong feeling of sympathy, pity, and concern towards someone who is suffering or having a misfortune in his/her life.
  1. Self Esteem: It is the assertiveness of an individual who believes and is confident in his/her worth or abilities and feels like they deserve to be liked or respected.
  1. Resilience: It refers to the determination of an individual that he/she possesses the capacity to recover in a short period from difficulties and challenges.
  1. Enthusiasm: It is a feeling of an individual to have an energetic interest to participate in a particular subject or activity with intense eagerness and enjoyment to be involved in it.
  1. Interactive: It can refer to the act of individuals or a group of individuals to be mutually or reciprocally active and influence or exchange thoughts and information through their communication skills.
  1. Adaptive: It is an ability of an individual or a group of individuals to have the ability to change themselves to suit in the changing environment or conditions and being calm and composed during the change.
  1. Optimism: Optimism is an individual’s trait of being hopeful and separating the good parts of a situation from the bad and believing that something good will happen even if there is utter chaos in the situation..
  1. Creative: It is a highly desirable trait which some individuals inhibit that enables them to come up with original or unusual ideas through their use of imagination which helps them create something unique.
  1. Extrovert: It refers to a person who is very energetic, optimistic and happy who enjoys the company of other people surrounding him/her and is socially confident and has an outgoing personality.
  1. Discipline: It is a self-implicating trait of an individual to control themselves or any other individual to adhere to the code of conduct be it an unfavorable or a lean situation.
