If you wish to cancel all or any part of your product/service, notification of cancellation must be made to the Support Team via mail on firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing at our registered address viz., 208, Sanjana Park, Bicholi Mardana Road, Indore 452016 The date of the cancellation is the date on which we receive notification by e-mail or receive by hand the letter in writing.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Every online course package can be accessed by the customer after payment of the full scheduled price.If cancellation is done 5 days or prior to the commencement of the course, then 75% of the scheduled amount will be refunded.If cancellation is done anytime within 4 days from the commencement of the course, then 50% of the scheduled amount will be refunded.If cancellation is done anytime during the course, no refund will be initiated under any circumstances.
Every offline course package can be accessed by the customer after payment of 50% of the scheduled price.If cancellation is done 5 days or prior to the commencement of the course, then 25% of the paid amount will be refunded.
